This is our handcrafted Montessori House Bed. Each bed is built by hand which means we do the source of wood, the cutting, sanding, testing, and packaging all under one roof which is our workshop.

There is nothing else for sale on my website nor will I do other projects at this time. I sincerely believe in mastering one craft and perfecting it. I believe that is what we have done here with my Montessori beds.
Each one is made with high quality Alder Wood. Why do we use Alder Wood? Because we want to create Quality products. We believe in quality over quantity. Alder Wood is rarely chosen by woodcrafter because of it's cost. But that is the only wood I will use due to the tensile strength, aesthetic, and durability of it. Other competitors of mine are using cheaper wood aka poplar wood. Alder wood is indeed more expensive but also more durable. I refuse to use any other wood as I highly believe that bedding frames and furniture should be used with the best wood possible.
For paint and varnish, we use eco -friendly, water-based varnish and paint. Materials that do not emit harmful substances and that will not cause an allergic reaction. I only choose materials that I would trust with my own kids.
We hand test every product before it leave the workshop. All parts are inspected thoroughly and the bed is actually made and setup in my workshop before it is dis-assembled and shipped.
